Kim Williams

Kim Williams, a dynamic and dedicated professional, currently holds the position of Senior Director of Customer Success at Deltek, a leading company specializing in empowering project-based businesses. Her journey with Deltek began in early 2011 when she joined the company as part of an acquisition, and she has since held various management roles. Kim possesses an ardent commitment to empowering customers to achieve success, fostering collaborative teams that mutually reinforce and enhance one another, and facilitating the professional growth of employees. 

Kim graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2002 with a bachelor of arts in sociology.  

Beyond her professional endeavors, Kim is a passionate supporter of the University of Tennessee football team, cheering them on with unwavering enthusiasm. She also shares a deep fascination for all things true crime and the criminal mind. Kim is thrilled to continue her support of the Center for Community Mental Health as she knows the great impact the Center has on the local Northern Virginia community.
