Emotional Support Line

The Emotional Support Line is available 7 days a week from 8:30am-8:30pm. The phone line is free, anonymous & confidential.

If you need immediate support, call our Emotional Support Line to speak with a volunteer trained to use an evidence-informed approach to address acute issues and provide screening for problems that require more intensive treatment.

Please note - the Emotional Support Line will be closed on Thanksgiving Day and December 21-January 5th
